Sunset Starlight Zipline January

If the thought of going back to work (or school) next week has you feeling blue, come and join us on Saturday, January 14th for our 2nd full moon zipline! Enjoy a spectacular sunset and magnificent views high up in the mountains as night begins to fall and then soar through the darkness beneath a dome of glittering stars: it’s a truly unique and magical experience that’ll leave you on a natural high & ready to face 2017’s new beginnings.

Arrive at our Head Quarters in the Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve by 5.30pm for a light meal & safety briefing before a scenic 4×4 drive to the top (our free signature deep tissue African massage *wink*) and gentle stroll to The Rabbit Hole at Platform 1 as the light fades. With the backdrop of a fiery sunset, the real adventure begins…

Important information:

Please bring a headlamp – this will help you to see the platforms as you come into land and the way ahead on the 1km walkout
Dress warmly (layers are a great idea) – even in summer, it gets cold high up in the mountains
You are welcome to bring along your GoPro, smartphone or camera if you’d like to take photographs. Just make sure you have pants/jacket with a ‘zippable’ pocket or small sling camera that you can wear over your shoulder to prevent any articles falling out midair
The tour takes between 4-4.5 hours so we should be down the mountain by approximately 10pm – there’s so much else to see and experience in the Elgin Valley so why not make a weekend of it and stay over?
